
It is a different style bulking program, a type that I have never seen before. Many reps, short rests are not in the list of things that someone will advice you when you are bulking but Kris does. And having done his other program and seeing the good things out of it I am surely gonna try this one. In the end its only 4 weeks, even if it doesn't work out as it might you haven't lost much.
