The Program I'm Planning To Do Next

      Recently after I found about the 12 Week Program I found another one of Kris Gethin's Programs called DTP which better suited my goals of gaining weight. Anyway since then I never really found time and couldn't fit it in my training cycle. But I'm planning to do it soon enough.
      It is a different style bulking program, a type that I have never seen before. Many reps, short rests are not in the list of things that someone will advice you when you are bulking but Kris does. And having done his other program and seeing the good things out of it I am surely gonna try this one. In the end its only 4 weeks, even if it doesn't work out as it might you haven't lost much.
