The Program That I Went Through

      This was the program that was rated best at the bodybuilding.com site that I am always checking for ideas and training programs. Although it was shown as a program that fits best for loosing weight and I didn't needed that it got me with the increadible results people got out of it. It also said that you can get some geins out of it. The increadible thing was that Kris filmed a video for every day of this 84 day program and he went through it togheter with us. He was doing everything that he wants from you and showed how great it works. He is giving a very good methods for making the exercises right. You might not follow the whole program but you can get some nice advice that you can use for changing your training style.
      For me the results were pretty good. I lost some fat that I got from previous bulking and I gained a bit of muscle. It was not much, but considering I didn't follow the diet and supplementation I could see that you can get increadible results if you can follow everything that he is showing you.
